  • Starting at $25/hr depending on experience

  • Job Duties:

Reviewing grant awardee certification and attestation forms to ensure they are signed and completed properly. The selected candidate will also track receipt of submitted forms and ensure they are filed accordingly, providing technical assistance to external stakeholders;

Assist with the build-out and review of contracts in the NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) module, ensuring all awardee insurance certificates and properly presented, and all budgets and project scopes conform to the award type for audit-readiness and award implementation.

The selected candidate will work with external stakeholders, providing technical assistance on this process to ensure proper completion;

Working with stakeholders and communicating warm hand off of workflow from the federal unit grants administration team to the federal unit compliance team for expense reporting review and federal regulatory oversight;

Provide technical assistance on working with external stakeholders to execute contract amendments in SFS for award no cost extensions, prior year carryover requests, and for additional funding tied to multi-year contracts.

Minimum staffing requirements, including licenses and certifications:Bachelors Degree and 2 years relevant experience.
