Full job description

US Mobile is building a future where people can connect every part of their lives through one powerful software platform and beautiful user experience. We’re bringing mobile networks, home internet, and satellite connectivity into an experience that gives customers more freedom, flexibility and delight over how they connect. Our ambition is to transform choosing and managing connectivity.

We’ve built capabilities that let customers move between major US wireless networks and use multiple networks on a single phone. As we expand across devices, homes, and satellite, those capabilities open up new possibilities for what we can build. Joining US Mobile means helping turn that technical foundation into products people rely on every day, with the opportunity to shape what comes next.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Principal Product Manager, you will own the direction, the experience, and the business results for a core part of how customers use US Mobile: choosing a plan or a device, getting service running, and managing it over time. The decisions are yours to make, with the leadership team as close partners. You will see the work through over the long term, from the first insight to the results months after launch.

You will define what a better wireless experience can be, using US Mobile’s ability to bring multiple networks together to give customers more choice, flexibility, and control. That means identifying opportunities others have overlooked and building products that customers choose us for and stay with us for. With more than a million customers, your decisions will directly shape growth, revenue, margin, and retention.

You will set a high bar for the product and execute the work that delivers it: shaping interactions and copy with Design, working through trade-offs and reviewing builds with Engineering, and using data and customer feedback to improve what ships. You will use AI to explore ideas, build prototypes, and test assumptions faster, applying your own judgment to turn that work into better products.

What You'll Do:

  • Set the product strategy and roadmap for your area, identifying the customer problems and business opportunities that deserve investment.

  • Uncover opportunities through customer research, product data, support insights, and market analysis. Build a compelling case for what to pursue and why.

  • Make consequential decisions about priorities, scope, and investment, balancing customer value, growth, profitability, and technical complexity.

  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create exceptional consumer experiences, from the overall journey to the interactions and details that make complex tasks feel intuitive.

  • Lead execution from concept through launch. Align teams on decisions and commitments, resolve obstacles, and surface risks early with a clear recommendation.

  • Define success and establish reliable measurement. Run rigorous experiments and use the results to decide what to improve, scale, or stop.

  • Own outcomes after launch, working with Design and Engineering to address quality issues and deliver measurable customer and business improvements.

  • Use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, and delivery, applying sound judgment to the quality and accuracy of its output.

  • Work directly with the leadership team on product direction and investment decisions, and raise the standard of product work through clear thinking, strong execution, and coaching.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling exceptional consumer products, with substantial ownership of product strategy and measurable business results.

  • A record of leading consumer products at scale, with significant customer and business results and clear evidence of the decisions you made to achieve them.

  • Experience defining strategy for a major product area, uncovering overlooked opportunities, making difficult investment decisions, and translating your direction into successful products.

  • Exceptional product judgment and craft, demonstrated through intuitive, thoughtfully designed experiences you built in close partnership with Design and Engineering.

  • Deep analytical fluency. You work directly with data, design and interpret experiments, challenge assumptions, and make sound decisions when evidence is incomplete.

  • Strong commercial judgment, with experience using revenue, margin, retention, and unit economics to guide product priorities and investment.

  • Technical depth to engage meaningfully with engineers on architecture, system constraints, and trade-offs between immediate delivery and long-term capabilities.

  • A record of delivering ambitious initiatives across teams, resolving competing priorities, and maintaining a high standard of quality while moving quickly.

  • Practical AI fluency, with examples of how you use it to accelerate discovery, prototyping, analysis, or delivery and how you evaluate the output.

  • Clear, persuasive communication that influences executive decisions and gives teams the direction they need to act.

  • Experience scaling consumer technology, subscription, or marketplace products is particularly relevant. We also value products you have taken from concept to commercial scale and experimentation capabilities you have built that improved decisions across a team.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Annual company offsites

  • Competitive Salary

  • Gym reimbursement

  • Commute reimbursement

  • Flexible working hours

  • Professional development stipend

  • Flexible time off

  • Cell phone service (up to $100/mo)
