Full job description

Description

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00

Shift: Monday-Friday from 7:00a-3:30p

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Facilities Technicians to help keep our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks and play a key role in day-to-day facility operations.

What You’ll do:

  • Perform routine inspections and report issues or needed repairs

  • Complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

  • Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property condition

  • Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.)

  • Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry

  • Valid driver’s license that meets agency policy

  • Lifting requirements of 50lbs
