Registered Nurse (RN) II - Surgery Department

Work location: Texas Health Southlake 1545 E Southlake Blvd TX 76092
Work hours: Full-Time 36 hours a week, Days. Three12 hours shifts a week.

Here's What You Need

Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred
-
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required
-
1 year of Operating Room Experience is strongly preferred.

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And
-
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required
-
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days is required And
-
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required
-
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required And
-
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or
-
ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required And
-
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 months is required
