Description
Pay range: $35-45/hour
Sign On Bonus up to $3500 to be paid out after 4 months of employment.
Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate MFL ( Magnetic Flux Leakage) inspection equipment according to manufacturer and company procedures
-
Conduct inspections on pipelines, tanks, and other metal structures to identify and assess defects
-
Interpret and analyze MFL data to determine the presence and severity of anomalies
-
Prepare clear and concise inspection reports and communicate findings to supervisors and clients
-
Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on MFL equipment
-
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
-
Travel to various job sites, including remote locations, as required
-
Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
-
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
-
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
-
May instruct and supervise others
-
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years as MFL Technician
-
Minimum of MFL certification and UT-T
-
Multi-Certified a plus and compensated accordingly
-
Previous experience in an industrial setting
-
TWIC Card preferred
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
-
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
