Management Analyst

Under the direction of a Territory Operations Manager, plan, organize, direct, and control the analytical and advisory work of the Transformation practice spanning management, marketing, operations, and finance. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, perform work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to help management operate more efficiently. Guide the application of analytic techniques across engagements, define project objectives and strategic direction, and resolve complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies. Engage with business leaders to gather reporting and analytical needs, confer with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and procedures, and work with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business impact. Examine sales and operations data to identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and create memos, reports, and presentations documenting findings and recommendations for management. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. In the company's wholesale food distribution environment, this role applies management analysis to ERP and related software workflows across inventory, warehouse, fleet, sales, marketing, purchasing, and accounting-related operations. It requires cross-functional business acumen to identify trends, exceptions, process gaps, and operational risks, and to convert ERP, sales, inventory, and operational data into actionable recommendations for management. The role also coordinates across departments to implement approved improvements in both internal and customer-facing business operations. It requires strong finance, accounting, inventory, ERP, sales, and operations knowledge to support process improvement, operational reporting, sales and inventory intelligence, and cross-functional decision-making. Experience in utilizing: ERPs (SAP, NetSuite ERP, Odoo ERP, Sage, or other similar software), Business Applications (Google Suite, Microsoft Suite), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, general dashboards, Tableau, etc.) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, Investment Banking or closely related field with 1 year of relevant experience in job offered or as a Business Professional or closely related.
