Description
Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support residential real estate matters in Framingham, Massachusetts. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can oversee property transactions with a high degree of accuracy, coordinate effectively with all parties involved, and keep files moving smoothly from initial intake through closing.
Role: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: In Office M-F
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) + bonuses
Responsibilities:

Manage residential real estate transactions from initial intake through closing and post-closing.

Prepare, review, and coordinate purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, deeds, settlement statements, and other conveyancing documents.

Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction.

Communicate proactively with clients and provide timely updates regarding the status of their transactions.

Review title, resolve closing issues, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.

Manage a high volume of files while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness.

Coordinate closing logistics, signatures, recording, and post-closing matters.

Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Utilize Qualia and other real estate transaction management systems as needed.

3 or more years of residential real estate/conveyancing experience.

Ability to independently manage residential real estate files from beginning to end.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of transactions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional, responsive, and client-service oriented.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualia experience preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
