As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and operational support for a diverse home care caseload, including both pediatric and adult clients.

  • Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and support to field RNs, LPNs, and home health aides.

  • A two-year or four-year nursing degree.

  • A positive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in building strong relationships with clients and coworkers.

  • An outgoing, adaptable, and solutions-focused working style.
