Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania. Providing Supply Technician functions in the Property Control Branch, Logistics Division of the Directorate of Supply and Transportation (DST).

Duties

  • Maintaining property book and inventory records to account for items.
  • Researching supply catalogs and data inaccuracies for reconstructing supply transactions.
  • Using office automation software to enter and retrieve data, prepare documents, and develop charts.

Qualifications

Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Maintaining property book and inventory records to account for items; Researching supply catalogs and data inaccuracies for reconstructing supply transactions; and/or Using office automation software to enter and retrieve data, prepare documents, and develop charts.

This is a(n) Supply Management Career Program position aligned under the Logistics Career Management Directorate. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
