You will be the Financial Management for the PrSM Increment 1 Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and earned value management.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking costs and funding requirements, and ensuring financial integrity.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, and track funding requirements.

  • Conduct cost analysis, develop variance explanations, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs for accurate, timely reporting.

  • Interact with program and financial‑management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments.

Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and ability to interface with senior management

Desired Skills

Earned Value Management experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
