General Production Worker
Location: Beavertown, PA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Overtime Available
Pay: Weekly
Looking for a hands-on job with consistent hours and growth opportunities? We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in Beavertown, PA. This position plays a key role in the lumber manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities

Inspect lumber coming off the production line for defects, damage, and quality concerns.

Mark defective lumber according to established quality standards.

Remove, sort, and stack lumber safely and efficiently.

Maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Rotate between lumber inspection and stacking duties as needed.

Be available for overtime and occasional weekend work when production demands require it.
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift, carry, and stack lumber throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or lumber experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
