Weekend Kitchen Crew Member We are looking for dependable and motivated team members to join our kitchen crew on weekends. As a weekend kitchen crew member, you will play a key role in delivering high quality food quickly and safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilities - Prepare McDonald's menu items according to company standards and procedures - Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, ovens, and prep stations) - Follow all of McDonald's food safety guidelines - Ensure accuracy, quality, and speed in food production - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas - Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness (FIFO) - Support team during high-volume periods, especially peak weekend hours Qualifications - No prior experience required- training will be provided! - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and food safety practices - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented - Ability to follow instructions and procedures - Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) - Bilingual a plus Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment - Frequent bending, reaching, and movement Schedule - Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) - Weekdays available in addition to weekend requirement - All shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, overnight) What we offer - Competitive hourly pay (starting at up to $16+ an hour) - Flexible scheduling - Discounted meals during shifts - Opportunities for growth and advancement - Supportive team environment Why work with us?
