A reputable, litigation firm specializing in complex business litigation is seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join its Portland, OR team. The firm is highly regarded for its expertise in handling high-stakes business cases and offers a collaborative, supportive culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in drafting and responding to discovery requests, eDiscovery management, and trial preparation

• Oversee large-volume document review and litigation databases

• Proofread and cite-check legal filings and briefs

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience. Benefits include 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision; life and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer match of at least 20%; profit-sharing; four weeks of paid time off; paid sick leave; paid holidays; paid parking or TriMet pass.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in complex civil litigation

• Proficiency with e-Discovery platforms and document management systems

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading and cite-checking skills

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and time-management abilities
