Rehab Scheduler Full Time

Rehab Scheduler needed for our Glenwood Springs Rehab Department!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred!

This is a full-time position in our Rehabilitation Services department.

As the Rehab Scheduler you will:

• 1. Monitor for incoming referrals to Outpatient Rehab Services
• 1. Call patients within 72 hours of receiving referrals
• 1. Leave messages for patients who don't answer
• 1. Call patients back if patient has not responded and scheduled evaluation within 48 hours
• 1. Communicate with Patient Access Professional after scheduling new evaluation to request benefit verification or insurance authorization if required based on patient's insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Experience:

• 0-6 months minimum

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$20.00 to $28.87/hour

• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
