NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology—and amazing people.

Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what's never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world's best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

Who turns an ISV integration into something thousands of enterprises actually use? NVIDIA is building the world's leading AI company, one partner at a time! We are looking for a leader for our EMEA enterprise ISV and cloud go-to-market strategy. Our software reaches customers through the partners who build on it, so we shape the coverage model, decide which partners and workloads come first, and turn marketplace and co-sell routes into paths our field teams and partners can repeat.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead EMEA plans covering segmentation, coverage tiers, target workloads, executive sponsors, and partner routes.

  • Drive senior relationships with priority enterprise ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, and marketplace teams sit at the centre of it, and we bring those partners to executive alignment and commercial plans that turn integrations into pipeline, customer wins, consumption, and software revenue.

  • Drive a steady rhythm around co-sell, marketplace listings, proofs of value, field enablement, and partner uptake, reporting to leadership on coverage, pipeline, blockers, forecast, priority workloads, and product feedback.

  • Anchoring all of it are NVIDIA libraries and frameworks, including CUDA-X, NIM, NeMo, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, and GPU-accelerated data and inference pipelines.

  • Work with developer relations, AI-native teams, solution architects, product, marketing, field sales, legal, finance, and partner teams to convert integrations into repeatable plays.

  • Provide leadership and direction across enterprise ISV, cloud, and global ISV promote-and-scale, including EMEA ISVs and global ISVs with a European presence.

What we need to see

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 15+ years in enterprise software sales, alliances, technical business development, ISV partnerships, cloud GTM, or platform ecosystem leadership, including 8+ or more years leading teams.

  • Proven track record scaling partner-led revenue programmes with ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, marketplaces, or enterprise software platforms.

  • Strong understanding of AI software, cloud, SaaS, enterprise applications, AI Factory infrastructure, and partner commercialisation models.

  • Ability to engage C-level partner executives while understanding technical integration, developer adoption, and product roadmap dependencies.

  • Commercial judgement across pipeline, partner business plans, forecast hygiene, investment justification, and proof-of-value governance.

  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams without relying only on direct-line authority.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • An existing network across EMEA enterprise ISVs, cloud marketplaces, global software alliances, or senior enterprise software partner teams.

  • Experience scaling AI, data, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems through marketplace and co-sell routes, including promote-and-scale programmes for global enterprise software platforms.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, Mission Control, or Omniverse alongside GPU-accelerated software stacks.

  • Real passion for coaching partner-facing teams and sharing what you learn as you go!
