ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day physical and social experience of our NYC office. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems before anyone has to ask — you'll be trusted with everything from executive and VIP support to running point on our office move this fall. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading office logistics for our upcoming move (targeting 11/1) and ongoing space planning

  • Continuously improving the office experience for employees

  • Planning team events, lunches, and off-sites

  • Coordinating guest visits and VIP program bookings/logistics

  • Preparing the office for external events, meetings, and content shoots

  • Keeping the office stocked (supplies, snacks, drinks) and managing vendor relationships

  • Coordinating daily lunch orders and catering

  • Serving as a front-of-house presence as more visitors and guests come through

This role is in-person in NYC. We have a strong in-person culture and just moved into a new spacious office in Soho (with another move coming this fall).

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3-5+ years of experience in workplace/office management, hospitality, or executive support

  • Comfortable wearing many hats and operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup

  • Strong vendor and logistics coordination skills

  • Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch clients is a plus
