Full job description

About us: Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage. Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most. Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others. Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied. At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role: DeepJudge is growing quickly, and the way our clients learn the product has to scale with us. We’re hiring our first Senior Manager, Client Enablement to build a client enablement program that meets lawyers where they are: live sessions when they matter most, and strong self-serve resources everywhere else. This is a hands-on role with a scaling mandate. You’ll design repeatable training that reduces how much live training each client needs, equip our Customer Success Managers to deliver standard training confidently, and personally lead high-stakes training engagements with our largest clients. Expect your time to split roughly evenly between building the program and delivering training directly. Our users are lawyers, knowledge management professionals, and firm administrators, and they learn best from someone who understands how legal work actually gets done.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.

  • Defining what clients learn self-serve, what CSMs deliver, and which engagements you lead directly.

  • Owning core training courses such as Intro to DeepJudge and Intro to Admin, from scripting through recording and publishing.

  • Writing and maintaining user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.

  • Equipping and coaching CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.

  • Planning and leading on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients.

  • Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training, and sharing field insights to shape the product.

  • Measuring the impact of training on user adoption.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal or legal tech industry

  • Bring legal experience, ideally as a former practicing attorney or in an enablement or customer education role at a legal technology company.

  • Have built a training program from the ground up, not just delivered one, including resources that scale beyond live sessions.

  • Know how to measure whether training works and can point to its impact on adoption.

  • Are hands-on with content: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation.

  • Present with confidence and credibility to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership.

  • Thrive building from scratch in a fast-moving company.

  • Are based in the US Eastern Time zone (New York City area preferred) and can travel up to 40%.

What you can look forward to:

  • Being the first dedicated client enablement hire and building the program your way.

  • Working directly with many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams.

  • Shaping how lawyers adopt AI-powered knowledge tools.

  • Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and legal engineers across our global team.

  • A clear path to team leadership as the program and business grow.

  • Competitive base salary plus equity.

Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The expected compensation range is $140,000 and $175,000. Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package including equity. This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

At DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

If this role excites you, but you feel you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us why you’d be a great fit.
