General Manufacturing Associate

Wages starting at 21 per hour for this position Listed below are the qualifications required for consideration: Required Qualifications: - Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures - Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures - Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards - Adhere to all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements - Ability to work within shift timeframes as well as adhere to overtime requirements - Exhibit reliable and predictable attendance - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment - Willingness to perform physical work for extended shifts (8--12 hours) - Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - Previous manufacturing or industrial experience - Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments - Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment - Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements - Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles Skills to Be Successful in This Role: - Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset - Strong attention to detail to meet quality and product specifications - Clear communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and instructions - Adaptability in a fast-changing production environment - Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn from mistakes - Self-motivated with a focus on personal growth and skill development
