Job Summary

Summary: Assists with the set up and barbacking duties of portable bar set ups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and tears down portable bar stations in exchibit halls and breakout areas

  • Receives and stocks product and equipment

  • Retrieves additional inventory when necessary for assigned work areas.

  • Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

  • Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.

  • Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.

  • Completes side work as assigned.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
