-
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Product Operations to understand what shipped, why it matters, who is impacted, and what each audience needs to know.
-
Apply and help evolve documentation standards, including templates, taxonomy, metadata, labeling, versioning, and source-of-truth practices, with Confluence as the canonical source.
-
Support the full documentation lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement.

-
Strong audience judgment with the ability to translate technical detail into clear, audience-appropriate content.
-
Excellent written communication skills, with precise, concise writing that maintains accuracy under deadline.
-
Ability to create structure in a developing function and operate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
-
Experience using Jira and Confluence, including how product and engineering teams track work and maintain structured knowledge.
-
Practical experience using AI-assisted writing, summarization, and search tools, with the judgment to validate content for accuracy, tone, completeness, and source alignment.
-
Understanding of documentation governance concepts, including templates, taxonomy, metadata, version history, content lifecycle, source-of-truth management, and AI-ready structured content.
