Full job description
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Team Lead (Sun. 9a-9p, Mon.-Wed. 3p-11p (36)
Starting Pay: $17.25/hour with opportunities for additional pay differentials based on education and experience

+$1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience

What You’ll Do

Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while providing direct services to individuals we support.

Help ensure individual goals, objectives, and company expectations are met.

Participate in community outings and house orientations for new employees.

Serve as a positive role model and help ensure documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Assist with staffing needs and staff recruitment.

Review individual progress and coordinate and implement shift objectives.
-
Provide skills training, job coaching, and behavior support according to the Individual Plan and treatment team recommendations.

Help create a positive, supportive environment where both individuals and staff can succeed.
What You’ll Need
-
Previous managerial or supervisory experience required
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Two years of experience providing direct services in the human services field.
-
Valid, non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year.
-
Current vehicle registration and auto insurance.
-
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail.
-
Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
-
Commitment to providing quality services.
Preliminary Requirements
-
Proof of a non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year.
-
Ability to attend orientation Tuesday–Friday during daytime hours.
