Full job description
Salary: $25 - $29 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Roseville , OH to work pediatric patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available for DAY SHIFTS!
Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:
-
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
-
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
-
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
-
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
-
Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
-
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.
