Job Summary TIME Manufacturing Company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to our specialized equipment, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in painting techniques, and a commitment to delivering products that meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation:

Prepare surfaces of equipment for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.

Fill and smooth imperfections, ensuring a clean and even surface for paint application.

Paint Application:

Apply paint finishes using various techniques, including spraying, rolling, and brushing.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve specified finishes and color schemes.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of painted surfaces.

Address any imperfections or deviations from specifications promptly.

Equipment Maintenance:
-
Properly clean and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and brushes.
-
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Safety Compliance:
-
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of painting tasks.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment.

Proficient in the use of painting tools and equipment.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of color and design.

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to painting activities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, and lifting.

Preferred:

Automotive painting experience.

Certification or training in painting techniques.

6:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (May include Saturdays for overtime as needed)
