Finance Assistant Join a High-Volume, Award-Winning Automotive Team We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Finance Assistant to join our growing dealership team. This individual will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Finance Department. Responsibilities * Assist Finance Managers with daily deal processing and contract preparation. * Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant. * Coordinate with lenders to secure financing approvals and funding. * Verify customer information and required documentation. * Monitor deal funding and contract-in-transit schedules. * Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations. * Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to facilitate timely deliveries. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchase process. Qualifications * Automotive dealership experience preferred. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office preferred. * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
