Job Title: Project Manager (Remote)

Location: New York, NY (100% Remote)

Pay Rate: $74/hour

Duration: Initial contract with high likelihood of extension for 6 months in 2027

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise community of practice and support internal business advisory initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, curiosity, and accountability, moving quickly and delivering highly accurate results. This role is fully remote and requires a candidate based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate an enterprise community of practice

• Build and maintain distribution lists; send invitations and manage Teams sites

• Develop presentation decks and materials

• Run and facilitate planning committee meetings

• Host Teams sessions as producer, driving engagement through slides and content sharing

• Research and gather pertinent data/materials for internal advisory projects

• Develop workshop slides and translate collateral into pitchback decks

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Collaborative and curious mindset

• Accountable, fast-moving, and highly accurate approach

• Strong project management skills

• Proficiency with MSFT suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Must be based in the United States
