A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a "Lead Java Developer" Position type: Full-time Contract (W2) Role: Lead Java Developer Duration: 6+ months Contract Location : Cincinnati, OH (Onsite role) Primary Skill Required for the Role: * Overall minimum 7 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer * Must have Pharmacy Benefits Management experience. * Must have strong experience on JavaScript. * Must have experience on Azure. * Must have Multi Cloud Solution Designer experience. * Must have Healthcare experience. Details: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications and solutions. * Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to define technical requirements and solution strategies. * Drive architecture solutioning for cloud-based and enterprise applications, primarily within the Azure ecosystem. * Contribute hands-on development in Java and support front-end or integration efforts where JavaScript knowledge is beneficial. * Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. * Support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across systems and applications. * Mentor team members and promote strong engineering standards. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
