Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Exercises supervisory control over all Floor People, Lead Cashiers, Cashier in their designated area.

  • Enforces policies and procedures.

  • Safeguard of all assets in their control.

  • Approves slot machine payoffs and fills.

  • Observes and evaluates slot personnel.

  • Verifies and signs checkout reports and booth buys.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Supervises a unit of subordinate employees in an assigned work area.

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment:

• The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

• Will work with jet sorts, coin rollers, and slot machines on a daily basis.

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:

  • 17.25/ Hour
