This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities: Lead the development efforts in the field of Gen AI, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of Gen AI Coordinate with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of GenAI/AI projects Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of Gen AI Portray as a thought leader for Gen AI, Gen AI roadmaps, and next generation technology direction Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience in development implementing SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required Proven experience in bringing in AI platforms/Solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact; hands-on experience with Python, Azure AI foundry or Google enterprise Agent platform (Vertex AI) Strong leadership skills, experience managing and working with cross-functional team of developers and engineers; hands-on experience developing applications with AI technologies preferably...
