Customer Support Representatives (Bilingual English/Spanish) Looking to build a long-term career in customer service or automotive finance with a premier industry leader? Spherion is hiring dedicated professionals for a full-time position in the North Orange County / Long Beach area! ???????? ????????????????: 1. Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, payment processing, and delinquency solutions. 2. Identify root causes of past-due accounts and negotiate effective payment arrangements. 3. Provide accurate account info, due date changes, and payoff quotes to customers and dealerships. 4. Multitask efficiently by communicating with customers while simultaneously typing and updating account records. ?????????????????? ????????????????????: 1.
