If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.
This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week.
This role will also require travel, with assignments and training activities taking place across both the West Coast and East Coast.
The Opportunity
Seeking a candidate with strong facilitation and training skills to support the implementation and enhancement of the Teller Insight system across multiple geographies. This role will provide hand-on training and support branch colleagues, helping ensure they understand new and enhanced Teller Insight functionality and can confidently apply it in their daily responsibilities.
The Responsibilities:

Introduction to Teller Insight: Explain the purpose of the system, how it is used in daily teller operations, and how it supports accurate and efficient transaction processing.

System Navigation: Walk new hires through logging in, accessing the system, navigating the main screens, and locating commonly used features and functions.

Transaction Processing: Demonstrate how to properly process common teller transactions and explain the information that must be entered into or verified during each transaction.

Customer and Account Information: Review how to access and verify customer information while emphasizing accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of customer data.

Cash Handling and Balancing: Explain how Teller Insight supports cash transactions, balancing procedures, and the importance of maintaining accurate records.

Security and Compliance: Review identification requirements, user access, transaction controls, privacy expectations, and procedures for protecting customer and company information.

Error Handling: Demonstrate what to do when an error occurs, including how to correct transactions, how to reverse transactions, when to seek assistance, and when a transaction should be escalated to a supervisor.

Practice and Hands-On Exercises: Give new hires opportunities to practice common scenarios in a training environment and allow them to ask questions throughout the session.

Troubleshooting and Support: Explain common issues and identify who new hires should contact when they need technical or operational assistance.

Knowledge Check: End the training with a review of key concepts and confirm that each new hire can complete the essential Teller Insight functions accurately and confidently.

The facilitator should focus on demonstrating the process, explaining why each step is important, allowing new hires to practice, and correcting mistakes in real time.
The Qualifications

3-5 years of facilitator experience required.

2-4 years of Teller Insight experience highly desired.

Knowledge of the working structure, policies, mission, and strategies of the organization.

Understanding of operational processes and procedures of the assigned functional area.

Familiarity with adult learning theory and concepts, principles, and practices of the financial services industry.

Skill in analyzing training materials and trainee information.
-
Ability to prepare instructional sites and manage the learning environment effectively.
-
Proficiency in responding to trainee needs for clarification or feedback and providing positive reinforcement.
-
Capability to select and use appropriate instructional methods and media.
-
Experience in evaluating trainee performance and reporting evaluation information.
-
Ability to partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.

Facilitation skills to ensure all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed during meetings.

Capacity to incorporate needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives into training plans.

Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and applying technical information.

Skill in managing multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide a high level of customer service.

Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Maintain a working knowledge of operational issues, procedures, training techniques, and methodologies.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $37.00/hour - $41.00/hour
