Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Participates in interdisciplinary meetings to organize structured individual client groups to address weekly activities to include recreational, leisure and daily living skills. Observe, report and document consumers behavior, attitudes, physical condition and participation in treatment for attaining basic skills for living in a community. Interacts effectively, encourages and reinforces therapeutic treatment to facilitate obtainment of life skills. Transports consumers to appropriate places. Oversee activities and perform duties necessary to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly living and working environment for clients and community. Participates in formal training programs to develop knowledge and abilities required to meet the needs of the consumer. Provides basic nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse and program director. Must have a valid driver's license. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Higher pay based on experience. This position is eligible for an appointment incentive of $7,500.00 to the selected applicant who agrees to work for the facility for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
