Summary:The Dietetic Student Assistant assists with screening patients for nutritional risk, documenting nutrition follow-up, writing modified diets, and using the nutrient analysis program. Responsibilities:1. Screens patients for nutritional risk.2. Documents nutrition follow-up, writes modified diets, and uses the nutrient analysis program.3. Other duties as required. Other information:Technical Expertise 1. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required. 2. Experience in healthcare is preferred. 3. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Education and Experience 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Junior status in nutrition program or graduate student in an approved nutrition program. 2. Years of relevant experience: 0 to 2 years is preferred. 3. Years of experience supervising: None.
