Job Description

Our healthcare client is expanding a high-impact engineering team and is seeking a Software Engineer to help scale cloud-based applications and support AI-driven modernization initiatives. This role will focus on backend development utilizing Spring Boot, Node.js, and GCP. Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance scalable backend applications and services
  • Build and support Spring Boot and Node.js applications
  • Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and modernization efforts
  • Deploy and support solutions within GCP
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical enhancements
  • Participate in Agile development processes and production support Why Open: Project expansion requiring additional engineering support to help scale cloud and AI-focused initiatives.

payrate - $55-60/hr

Skills and Requirements

  • 5-8 years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Java/Spring Boot
  • Experience building APIs and backend services using Node.js
  • Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Exposure to AI initiatives, including Generative AI, conversational AI, or AI-driven automation
  • Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience
  • Contact center or voice technology experience
  • Cloud-native application development
