DESCRIPTION OF WORK Note: This is an itinerant position, requiring travel as needed. This position is located out of store number #0271 in Munhall but will travel to other stores in the designated district. This position provides leadership during a shift and supports daily store operations across multiple locations in the district. The role focuses on guiding clerks, assisting customers, and helping maintain a well organized store environment. As a Sales Team Lead, you will perform the following duties: 1. Shift Leadership: Guide store staff and support smooth operations throughout each shift 2. Customer Support: Assist shoppers and promote a positive experience in the store 3. Store Operations: Manage tasks such as stocking, organizing, and handling sales transactions 4. Staff Training: Provide direction and on the job instruction to less experienced clerks 5. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: 1. Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or 2. Six months of retail sales work. Other Requirements: 1. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
