Clinical Recruiter

Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and building talent pipelines for pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and other clinical pharmacy professionals. The ideal candidate will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to fill challenging positions and support the organization's current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Source and build pipelines for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers, and other clinical pharmacy professionals.

Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events.

Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support current and future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5+ years of clinical sourcing experience with proven success in sourcing pharmacy or other healthcare professionals.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
