Full job description
Work on program lifecycle including quoting, cost analysis, PO management, supplier communication, and MRP optimization to improve operational efficiency. Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings for mechanical parts, tooling, and equipment layouts to support production and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for APQP deliverables and quality documentation, including PPAP packages, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, MSA, SPC, and 8D reports. Conduct root-cause analysis of mechanical and process-related failures and implement corrective actions. Provide hands-on A/V and technical support.
