Job Details:

Client is seeking for candidates with a Technical Account Manager background. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a must-have requirement for this role.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both our external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in our advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. We are looking for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.

• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the Meta Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).

• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.

• Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

• Experience with Meta products.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• A foundational understanding of coding (note: writing code is not a requirement for this role).

Must-Have Skills

• Meta ads ecosystem troubleshooting expertise (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel)

• Client-facing technical consulting (translate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences; stakeholder management)

• Web + data/API fundamentals for debugging (HTML/CSS/JS/HTTP + SQL + REST APIs)

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with client products (beyond ads tooling)

• Foundational coding knowledge (even if not writing code day-to-day)

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients + internal partners

• Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement/delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers)

• Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining Meta advertising solutions

• Investigate technical escalations using logs/data/API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes/workarounds
