Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc. was established in 1994 in Columbus, Ohio. Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc. supplies a wide variety of components to the automotive industry. At Ohashi Technica USA Inc. and Ohashi Technica USA Manufacturing Inc., our goal is to provide high-quality, zero-defect parts to our customers on a just-in-time delivery basis. We stand ready to serve the needs of the American automotive industry. We are looking to add an Inside Sales Associate to our team in Sunbury, OH. This person will prepare and coordinate orders and forecast orders with both the sales team and warehouse department. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated with advanced skills in multitasking and relationship building. This is a faced paced position that requires attention to detail and conflict resolution. Call center experience is beneficial. We Offer: · Nine Paid Holidays · Personal and Vacation time · Medical Insurance with an FSA option · Company Paid Dental & Vision Insurance · Company Paid 25K term Life Insurance and Short- term Disability Insurance · 401(k) Matching What You Will Do: · Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. · Prepare forecasted orders with sales team. · Prepare releases and share with warehouse. · Prepare and monitor critical parts list. · Review backorders daily to ensure timely shipment to customers. · Assist all sales personnel as needed. · Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by supervisor. · Answer incoming customer calls and resolve any concerns for customer satisfaction. What You Need to Succeed : · Six to twelve months of experience in customer service or call center environment, a technical or industrial field preferred. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. · Comfortable with direct customer contact, conflict resolution, multitasking. · Accuracy in order entry process. · Inte
