THE OPPORTUNITY As part of this global organization, the Vice of Manufacturing Operations is a key member of our senior leadership team. This transformational operations leader will have demonstrated success as a senior operating executive with a complex global business with $100-$300M of revenue in a competitive technology-based industry. Must have had success with driving bottom line cost management and integration of fragmented operations and systems. Must be execution focused, action oriented and possess a high sense of urgency. Will partner with other executive leaders in the organization and measure and track improvement in key operational processes with a focus on developing and executive action plans to address deficiencies.

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including content creation, email marketing, events, website management, digital marketing, and reporting.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketer who enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing. The right candidate is a strong writer, an excellent project manager, and a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop engaging short- and long-form marketing content, including social media posts, emails, website copy, blog articles, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.

Email Marketing: Assist with the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.

Event Coordination: Manage the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences, including logistics, promotional materials, communications, lead coordination, and post-event follow-up.

Website Management: Support website content maintenance, including product and campaign pages, resources, event information, and other routine website updates.

Digital Marketing: Support social media, digital campaigns, content distribution, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Marketing Reporting: Track and report on basic marketing performance metrics across email, web, social media, campaigns, and events. Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Campaign Support: Coordinate assets, timelines, communications, and deliverables for integrated marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, project trackers, and other resources.

Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

0–3 years of marketing, communications, internship, or related experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, channels, and formats.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for the next assignment.

Comfortable learning new platforms, processes, and technologies.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required:

Video shooting, production, and editing

Paid digital advertising, including Google, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Email marketing or marketing automation platforms

Content management systems (CMS)

Social media management

Basic graphic design or experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud

Marketing analytics and reporting tools
