The Transaction Manager will assist in and assume a proactive role in resolving disputes with landlords on property management and other operational and lease administration issues. The Transaction Manager must possess sophisticated legal acumen sufficient to analyze legal documents such as leases and reciprocal easement agreements and identify critical points of negotiation such as restrictive covenants that could impede transaction completion.
