Full job description

CTG is seeking to fill an ETL Tech Lead position for our client.

Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC — No Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and DBT with Snowflake.

  • Support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.

  • Perform data profiling, source system analysis, business rule validation, data reconciliation, and quality checks.

  • Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks through root cause analysis.

  • Perform impact analysis and assess upstream/downstream dependencies across source systems, ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.

  • Support testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and technical stakeholders.

  • Maintain technical documentation and support data governance, data lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.

Experience:

  • Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL and data integration solutions.

  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and data warehouse environments.

  • Experience analyzing complex data flows, source systems, business rules, and upstream/downstream dependencies.

  • Experience with data quality, reconciliation, performance tuning, production support, testing, releases, and environment migrations.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise or regulated environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
