JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Braze Trainer is responsible for developing Brazers specific to the organization's business and production processes. The primary functions of this role require the Braze Trainer to gain expertise within the organization, train and test brazers on certain qualifications, and keep accurate data on current brazing staff. This position will be 2nd shift hours (Monday-Thursday 400pm-230am) working at The Trane Co. welding lab (Building 13) at 1700 Horton Street, La Crosse, WI ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Braze Trainer is responsible for developing Brazers specific to the organization's business and production processes. The primary functions of this role require the Braze Trainer to gain expertise within the organization, train and test brazers on certain qualifications, and keep accurate data on current brazing staff.
