Full job description
Pharmacist The qualified candidate will be responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statutes and accreditation standards, including interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering, and distributing drugs and devices. The ideal candidate will accept full responsibility as a licensed pharmacist as defined by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, and will meet all additional requirements set by the DEA, AAAHC, 340B, and other accrediting bodies. This role collaborates closely with providers on medication management, counsels patients on medication usage, monitors drug therapy in conformance with the OBRA Act, and oversees medication inventory, pricing, and record maintenance. The Pharmacist will also supervise staff and workflow processes, support employee training and development, and help ensure the pharmacy meets all legal and reporting requirements while maintaining professional and business practice standards.
