Performance Team Lead- Weekend Day Shift

SIMOS is hiring a Performance Team Lead for a large distribution center in Adairsville, GA! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and monitoring associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Team Lead also assists the Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff.

Shift Information: Weekend Day Shift (Friday - Sunday) 5 AM - 7 PM

• Assist the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed

• Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations

• Train new hires in all available departments

• Monitor performance & safety for every associate

• Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate

Position Requirements:

• Assist supervisor and operations with ongoing tasks to service the client on-site.

• Great tactfulness and attendance are a must

• Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems

• Limited OT opportunities will be available

• Leadership/management skills are a plus
