Responsible for assessing and attending to member's health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The LPN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, works in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas. Qualifications: Must hold a MA LPN License One year of human service experience required. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
