Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and qualification of avionics systems used for aircraft and mission systems testing. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring complex hardware and software systems satisfy customer, regulatory, and program requirements through comprehensive requirements development, verification, validation, and test activities. This position works closely with Hardware Design, Software Development, Integration & Test, Quality, and Program Management teams throughout the full product lifecycle from requirements decomposition through system qualification and customer acceptance

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering, integration and test, verification and validation, avionics, or related aerospace/defense applications.
• Experience developing or executing system-level test procedures and verification efforts.
• Experience interpreting technical requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a laboratory or integration environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
