A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Vice President - Product Management. Position type: Vice President - Product Management Duration: Fulltime Location: New York, NY 10158 (Onsite) As Vice President - Product Management, you will: Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset capabilities (e.g., tokenization, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, staking). Commercialization & Growth: Develop business cases, ROI models, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies aligned with client demand and business goals. Execution & Lifecycle: Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to build, launch, and continuously optimize scalable products. Regulatory & Risk Alignment: Ensure all product features meet strict regulatory, compliance, and institutional risk standards. Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on digital asset infrastructure and market trends, influencing stakeholders across senior executive levels. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, leading complex technical platforms from 0-to-1 through execution. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and market infrastructure (custody, trading, settlement, DeFi/staking mechanics). Regulatory Acumen: Hands-on experience building and launching products within heavily regulated financial environments. Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to size market opportunities, build business cases, and execute GTM plans. Leadership & Communication: Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing executive stakeholders.
