Full job description

About OpenLoop OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.

About the Role OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. Brick and mortar consumer health is consolidating fast under private equity. As Director of Private Equity Partnerships, you will own that channel: building direct relationships with the sponsors who own multi location wellness and clinical platforms, and turning those relationships into portfolio wide mandates for OpenLoop’s turnkey, white label telehealth business. This is a founding seller role for a brand new motion. You will bring your network, run sponsor level conversations, structure agreements that span an entire portfolio, and build the playbook that makes it repeatable.

What You'll Do

  • Own the private equity channel end to end: source, open, and develop relationships with operating partners, value creation leads, and platform executives at lower and middle market healthcare services PE firms.

  • Run the sponsor level pitch, positioning telehealth as a new high margin revenue line activated on an audience the portfolio already owns.

  • Structure and negotiate platform and portfolio wide agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Compliance.

  • Drive deployment across signed sponsors’ portfolio companies, working with our brick and mortar team and Launchpad to get locations live and producing.

  • Build the channel from zero: ROI and LTV models, sponsor assets, deal templates, and a repeatable deployment motion.

  • Partner with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and RevOps on ABM, thought leadership, target list strategy, and attribution.

  • Represent OpenLoop at industry events across healthcare services private equity and the verticals we target.

  • Track pipeline and channel performance, and feed learnings back into the playbook.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, including 3 or more years selling into or working inside private equity in healthcare services.

  • You have an existing network of operating partners, value creation leads, and platform executives, and you can open doors from day one.

  • You have personally originated and closed sponsor level, preferred vendor, or portfolio wide agreements, or you sat inside a PE firm recommending and deploying vendors across a portfolio.

  • You are fluent in sponsor economics: EBITDA, value creation plans, hold periods, and how a new revenue line reads at exit.

  • You understand MSO and franchise structures and know who can actually sign for scale.

  • You are a self directed builder who is comfortable with long cycles and ambiguity, and you turn early wins into repeatable systems.

  • You have the executive presence to hold a room with sophisticated financial buyers, and the humility to be coached.

Our Benefits In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans

  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts

  • Flexible PTO

  • 401(k) + Company Match

  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more

Our Company We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work. Sound like a good fit? We’d love to meet you.
