Our client seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis for high-impact initiatives within a cross-functional environment. The role will translate strategy into execution, improve customer experiences and operational efficiency, and collaborate with product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk partners. The position requires ownership, attention to detail, and effective liaison capabilities between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Lead complex analysis efforts that shape solution direction and drive measurable business outcomes.

Translate strategy into execution in partnership with product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders.

Serve as an effective liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams with strong written and verbal communication.

Apply business requirements methodologies including current and future state analysis, use case development, and solution documentation.

Design workflows and perform data analysis and data visualization to inform decision making.

Plan and facilitate effective meetings, document outcomes, and track deliverables, owners, and target dates.

Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and maintain traceability of test cases.

Communicate issues and client feedback to Product Leaders and Managers to drive timely resolution.

Manage dependencies across teams and support multiple concurrent projects.

Coach and mentor less tenured associates through knowledge sharing.
Experience Requirements:
-
Proficiency in business requirements methodologies and solution documentation.
-
Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.

Strong communication skills to influence SMEs, product, technology, and business partners.

Demonstrated meeting facilitation and documentation discipline.

Experience executing Business Acceptance Testing with test case traceability.

Familiarity with Confluence, MIRO, story writing, and backlog management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management tools such as Jira or similar.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
