Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution including planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery. This role requires ownership of project scope, schedule, cost, and overall performance while ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align internal execution with customer requirements.

• Lead internal and customer kickoff meetings and drive ongoing project updates.

• Communicate technical and contractual requirements to ensure team alignment.

• Allocate resources and prioritize project activities to meet deadlines.

• Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure scope and deliverables are met.

• Monitor and report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with documentation, contractual terms, and company processes.

• Support invoicing, track payments, and manage project financials.

• Approve shipments and ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations.

• Drive project closeout and secure formal customer acceptance.

Essential Skills

• Project management experience of at least 1 year.

• Understanding of the product development life cycle.

• Experience in manufacturing, especially in switchgear, controls, and relay panels.

• Familiarity with medium voltage, low voltage, ehouse, buildings, relay, and panels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing full project scope, including financials, scheduling, and client interactions.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is dynamic, supporting a rapidly growing company poised to double in size over the next three years. This growth is driven by investments in new product lines, especially in the switchgear/buildings sector.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
